Mati Housing Solutions LLC (“MHS,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website. This policy covers the website and the waitlist and partner inquiries linked from it. Separate agreements and notices may apply to a rental, property management relationship, or other service.
Information you choose to share
Our waitlist form asks for your name, contact email, housing interest, and permission to receive relevant communications. Our partner form asks for business and service qualifications. Google Forms may also collect your Google account email, depending on the form settings and your sign-in state. Review the fields and notices before submitting.
Share only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or sensitive medical information through these initial-interest forms.
Information collected when you browse
Website delivery and security can involve technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times. The site does not include MHS advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
We store your cookie choices in your browser for up to 180 days. If you choose light or dark mode, we also remember that appearance preference on this browser. Navigation also uses browser history and temporary page state to restore your position. See Cookie Choices for details.
Forms, maps, and other providers
Google Forms receives information when you load or submit a form. OpenStreetMap receives technical information when you load its map. Both embeds stay unloaded on this site until you allow the corresponding service. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to the inquiry, understand housing or property needs, evaluate service partnerships, and provide the updates requested in the form. Service providers involved in hosting, form delivery, and communications may process information as part of providing those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, misuse, or legal claims.
MHS does not use this website to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Choosing optional embeds is separate from agreeing to receive communications or submitting a form.
Retention and your choices
How long inquiry records are retained depends on the type of inquiry, any ongoing relationship, and applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. Provider records and backups are subject to their own retention practices.
You may decline optional embeds and later withdraw permission through Cookie Choices. Withdrawal stops those embeds from loading here; it does not delete information already submitted or cookies already set by another provider. Your browser and the provider’s privacy tools offer additional controls.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Those rights may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may also raise concerns with the relevant privacy regulator. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s behavior; optional embeds remain subject to your explicit choice.
Children and changes to this policy
This website is intended for adults arranging housing, property services, or business relationships. The inquiry forms are not intended for children under 13.
Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised date. A change to this page does not itself grant permission for new optional cookies or embeds.
