Our approach
We aim to make this website usable by people with a range of abilities and assistive technologies. The site includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, responsive layouts, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Our design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a design goal, not a claim that every page or external service has been independently certified.
Forms and maps
Google Forms and OpenStreetMap are provided by third parties. Their accessibility may differ from this site. Contact popups include a link to open the form directly in a new tab. The names of our focus areas are also provided as text, so the map is not the only way to read them.
Housing accessibility
Website accessibility is separate from accessibility at a particular property. Features, accommodation requests, and modifications need to be considered for the specific home and situation. See our Fair Housing statement.
